Report Analysis

Report Generator helps you produce many types of report analysises simply by one click. You can also add filters – similar to write macro – without the need to learn program.

  1. Make sure TestAnyTime® V3.7 is loaded with your project. Click the Report Generator button on the tool bar in the main window to launch Report Generator.

  2. In the Report Generator tab, TestAnyTime® V3.7 provides many templates of report analysises. In this example, we choose Test Ranking Analysis, and so double click there.

  3. In the Selection tab, you can choose the other Revison for your report. Most of the time, however, we leave as it is. Click the Next button to continue.

  4. In the Filter tab, you can add any filter you want for your report. In our example, we leave as it is. Click the Next button to continue.

  5. In the Content tab, Report Generator provides as many grouping selections as your data input offers. In our example, we choose the first by default. Click the Next button to continue.

  6. In the Options tab, you can customize the textual presentation for your report, such as the header or footer. In our example, we leave as it is. Click the Preview button to continue.

  7. A preview of your report is generated.

  8. To print out your report, click the Print icon on the top left.

  9. To export your report into various format, click the Export icon on the top left.

Listed below is a brief summary of report types that you can create using the templates provided by TestAnyTime® V3.7:

  • Ranking - It shows the score achieved by the respondents.

  • Test Ranking Analysis - It shows the score achieved by the respondents together with performance analysis.

  • Revision Comparsion - It will list the discrepancy between data capture between two revisions of the same test.

  • Revision Comparsion Report with Key - It will list the discrepancy between data captured between 2 revisions of the same test.

  • Test Question Analysis - This report shows the statistics analysis of each test question.

  • Test Questions Statistic - This report shows a list of statistics figure of each test question.

  • Test Result Analysis - It shows the score achieved by the respondents together with performance analysis.

  • Ranking Report with Passing Mark - It shows the score achieved by the respondents together with passing information.

  • Test Result - It shows the overall result of a test.

  • Test Results of Candidates - It shows the summary result and anwer of each individual candidate.

  • Test score Listing - This report list out all candidate's score and its sub-total.

  • Test Summary - This report provides summarized data and candidate grading of a test.

  • Bar Chart - It provides the Question Choice Distribution in Graphical Form.

  • Pie Chart - It provides the Question Choice Distribution in Graphical Form.

  • Line Chart - It provides the Question Choice Distribution in Graphical Form.

  • Question Summary By Free Text - It shows the mean values of questions which are grouped by a subjects.

  • Multiple Answer Summary - It list the choice frequency for multiple answer question type.

  • Summary Distribution - It shows the Mean Value of the choices and the Percentage Distribution of each choice.

  • Table Analysis - It provides various Statisticial Analysis and shows the Percentage and Frequency Distribution of each.

  • Comments Listing - It lists out all the Respondents' Comments in a test.
